Too many promotions
Too many promotions have the opposite effect of a successful promotion. Not only does it make the stall look cluttered and untidy, but it reduces the perceived value of any one promotion.
If a customer sees that everything you have is on promotion, then nothing is being highlighted or standing out to the customer and the incentive to buy any‐ thing is greatly reduced (remember if all your products are on special offer then none of your products is actually a ‘special offer’!) Therefore too many promotions actually reduce sales.
                In the same way, poorly displayed/amateurish signage/graphics also detract from the promotion and the professionalism of you and your stall.
